Insurance & Bonding Compliance

Due to the sensitive nature of the facilities we maintain, MapleGuard exceeds industry standard insurance requirements:

• Commercial General Liability: $10,000,000 per occurrence.
• Surety Bonding: Comprehensive employee dishonesty and theft bonding for all deployed personnel.
• Workers' Compensation: Fully compliant and in excellent standing with the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Clearance certificates are provided routinely.

Employment & Vetting Standards

MapleGuard does not utilize sub-contracted labour agencies. All personnel are direct employees. Every employee must pass an RCMP criminal background check prior to employment. We routinely sponsor and manage Government of Canada Security Clearances (Reliability and Secret levels) for staff assigned to federal properties.

Billing & Payment Policies

Ongoing maintenance contracts are invoiced on the first day of the month for services provided in the preceding month. Our standard payment terms are Net 30 Days. Payments are accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or corporate cheque. Specialized one-off projects (such as post-construction cleanups) require a 30% deposit upon contract signing.
